This website is operated by Chofski Consulting Ltd, registered in England (company no. 10436295). In this policy, "I" and "me" mean Chofski Consulting Ltd. For any question about your data, email hello@chofskiconsulting.com.

2. What data I collect

Information you give me. When you email me, or book a call through the site, I collect your name, email and anything you choose to tell me about your enquiry or add to the booking. If you sign up to the mailing list, I collect your email address.

Information collected automatically. With your consent, I collect basic analytics about how you use the site, such as the pages you visit, how you arrived, and your device and browser type. This is collected through cookies. See the cookie policy for detail.

3. How I use it, and the lawful basis

To respond to your enquiry and arrange a call. I use AI tools to help triage and draft responses, with a human (me) staying in the loop. Lawful basis: my legitimate interests, and taking steps at your request before any agreement.

To send you updates you have asked for. Lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

To understand how the site is used. Lawful basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner.

To meet legal and regulatory obligations. Lawful basis: legal obligation.

4. Who I share it with

I use a small number of trusted providers to run the site and to communicate with you. Each one processes your data only to provide its service to me, under its own terms:

Flodesk, for the mailing list and email updates. Anthropic, for AI-assisted handling of enquiries (for example triaging and drafting replies). Supabase, for the CRM where enquiries are logged and followed up. Cal.com, for scheduling calls. Google, for Google Analytics. Hostinger, for hosting. Marketing providers (such as LinkedIn, Meta or Google Ads) are not used yet; any added later will be listed here.

I do not sell your personal data.

5. Where your data is held

Some of these providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, I rely on appropriate safeguards as required by UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, standard contractual clauses, or the UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.

6. How long I keep it

I keep enquiry and signup data for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete it. Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in Google Analytics.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its use, ask for it to be ported, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@chofskiconsulting.com.

If you are unhappy with how I have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
